liblist-rotation-cycle-perl software package provides module that cycles through a list of values, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblist-rotation-cycle-perl
liblist-rotation-cycle-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblist-rotation-cycle-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblist-rotation-cycle-perl *
